We should habe links to Issues and Wiki on Gitea. Simple borderless icons with a short text (Issues, Wiki) right above the theme switcher.

Status update: I am wiring two small external Gitea links into the navigation UI. The plan is to add compact, borderless Issues and Wiki entries above the theme switcher in both the desktop sidebar and the mobile drawer, without changing the primary internal navigation.

Verified: the Gitea Issues and Wiki links now live as subtle secondary links at the very bottom of the sidebar and mobile drawer, below the login/logout controls. The final placement and reduced emphasis match the intended UI weight.
